What is business coaching?

Business coaching enables you to make more money, have more time or gain a substantially improved balance between the two. Our monthly retainer-based service will deliver significant, tangible and sustainable value, both to you and your business.

Capacity Plan

The process starts with the preparation of what we call a Capacity Plan by the coach. This takes about 4 days altogether, 1 to 2 days spent on site and 2 to 3 days preparation and presentation. This is the proposed implementation plan to achieve the owner’s goals in a structured way.

Implementation

Clients can then take the plan and implement it themselves or engage us to coach the management through the implementation process. The coaching process can take anywhere between 12 and 60+ months. All of the coaches have run businesses themselves.

The Process

The process transfers key strategic and management tools into the business to create advanced growth at a pace that suits the owner and management. We coach the key skills up to five levels so that these remain within the management of the business. The business in turn yields sustainable benefits for many years to come.
